Winchester - Full Metal Jacket Flat Nose - 115 Grain 9mm Ammo - 50 Rounds

Don’t get the wrong idea about Winchester Service Grade ammunition. Winchester certainly does their part to produce ammo for the Armed Forces, and we’re not saying they wouldn’t supply this exact same type of 9mm ammo to the Army. That said, these are factory fresh cartridges – not ones that have been sitting around at Fort Bragg for a decade.

These are high-velocity range loads: armed with 115 grain full metal jacket flat nose projectiles that exit a 4” barrel at a rate of about 1,320 fps. That’s about 140 fps faster than a conventional 115gr FMJ round, which means two important things: a flatter close-range trajectory, and a noticeably (but not uncomfortably) stronger recoil impulse.

This round’s high muzzle velocity also means a third, more important thing: it’s loaded to a higher-than-standard chamber pressure. It’s safe for modern firearms that are rated for +P (e.g. all Glocks), but may damage antique pistols.

FMJ FN bullets are a fine choice for any sort of training or plinking, and newly minted brass cases (with noncorrosive Boxer primers) should make any handloader happy as well. Order as many boses as you want – we’re cool with it!
