Details
When Speer introduced the Gold Dot, they gave the world its first true bonded handgun bullet. If you own a 5.7x28mm firearm, then this is your chance to defend yourself with one of the finest jacketed hollow points ever devised!
This round’s JHP entered existence as a structural-plated pressure-formed lead core. It was then electrochemically bonded to its copper jacket, one single atom a time. Next its tip was struck by two dies that formed its hollow point nose cavity. The result? A bullet with the concentric and tough jacket that it needs to exhibit stellar in-flight stability, resist shedding weight as it penetrates a barrier, and plunge deeply into its target – as well as one with a nose cavity that is programmed for reliably quick and wide terminal expansion.
This ammo is loaded with corrosion-resistant and low-friction nickel-plated brass cases, as well as the snappy primers and low-fouling propellant its 40 grain bullets need in order to clear a 5” barrel’s muzzle at a velocity of 1,800 fps.

Customer reviews
The one to buy.
The Gold Dot is the best round to use to defend yourself and your surroundings. I do volunteer security was looking for something fast, good penetration with fast and wide terminal expansion. I shoot a three inch group at 100 yard, yes 100 yards
