But the Czech Republic’s most famous entity isn’t a person. It is an ammo manufacturer: Sellier & Bellot, which produces this fine 9mm ammo for self-defense!

This is a light load through and through, with a 115 grain bullet that dependably hits supersonic velocity even when it’s fired through a barrel shorter than 6” (the test barrel length Sellier & Bellot used to record 1,237 fps). Once the jacketed hollow point hits its mark, its lead core’s nose cavity and copper-alloy jacket’s notched rim set right to work initiating positive terminal expansion. The jacket isn’t bonded, but it’s also not magnetic. You have free license to train with this ammo at any commercial range you like to train at. Use this ammo to take a swipe at an interloping squirrel as well, if you so please. The squirrel will be nonplussed about the whole experience.
