The .22 Savage High Power was Introduced in 1912 as a necked down 25-35 Winchester. For its time, it was a high velocity, small caliber round that delivered shocking stopping power. Also known as the Imp, the 5.6x52mm Rimmed cartridge was tried out on game from tigers, to cape buffalo to red stag in Scotland.
