Sellier & Bellot - Full Metal Jacket - 158 Grain 357 Magnum Ammo - 1000 Rounds
Details
Developed in 1934 by Smith & Wesson, the .357 Magnum was developed to provide law enforcement officers a more powerful round that could be fired out of a revolver – the primary tool of the trade for police officers of this age of Prohibition and motorized bank robbers. The new round had more energy to penetrate impromptu items of cover, such as vehicle doors, and the body armor of the day. Since then, the .357 Mag became a popular choice for lawmen, hunters and target shooters. The round is capable of being fired from both revolvers, carbines and a few select semi-automatic pistols. The 158 grain full metal jacketed bullet by Sellier & Bellot has a muzzle velocity of 1263 feet per second with 560 foot pounds of energy. This round is designed for target shooting and range training.
The Czech munitions maker Sellier & Bellot was established in the 1820’s and has been in business from the age of black powder to modern, smokeless powder cases. The 1000 round case lot is ideal for keeping on hand for training courses, plinking or even the oft anticipated “what if” scenario. Cases are boxer primed and fully reloadable for increased value and handloading custom cartridges.
