This cartridge is loaded with a 125 grain bullet. We believe that is too light for deer hunting. You opinion may differ from ours, which is fine, but at least we can all agree that a 125 grain bullet can turn any hog into tomorrow morning’s bacon. The jacketed soft point has exactly two components: an exposed lead core that unleashes terminal expansion, and a copper-alloy partial jacket that promotes higher weight retention and resultant momentum conservation.
