Prvi Partizan - Soft Point - 150 Grain 308 Winchester Ammo - 20 Rounds
Details
The .308 Winchester is the next generation of .30 caliber military rifle round that was introduced in the 1950’s. Initially introduced as a hunting round in 1952, the .308 was two more years adopted for military use as the 7.62x51 (NATO) round. Today it is still used as a machine gun round by the military and for target, competition and hunting by private shooters all over the world. This round is well capable of duplicating the ballistic performance of the .30-06 Springfield out to 2-300 yards with a maximum effective range of over 800 yards with iron sights. The 150 grain soft point bullet by PRVI has a muzzle velocity of 2805 feet per second with 2618 foot pounds of energy. It is ideal for boar as well as deer hunting, designed to expand and have the target absorb the terminal energy.
US shooters have become acquainted with the quality of PRVI Partizan ammunition since the start of the 21st century. The company was founded in 1928 as the munitions supplier of Yugoslavia and has continued as the supplier for the state of Serbia since the breakup of the Balkans. The same attention to dependable quality for the military is extended to the PRVI/PPU commercial line, including boxer primed, reloadable cases.
