Prvi Partizan - Soft Point - 150 Grain 30-06 Ammo - 200 Rounds
Details
The .30-06 Springfield cartridge was the final development of the US Army’s search for a new rifle round at the start of the 20th Century. The choice of the .30 caliber was a result of the global shift from large, slow bullets to smaller and faster, jacketed bullets for superior performance down range. The US abandoned the .45-70 in the 1890s first for the .30-40 Krag then the .30-03 Springfield. Both had round bullets that provided better performance, but as development of a pointed bullet, the German “spitzer” type, provided more data, the US quickly changed horses again in favor of the 06, which had the same chamber as the 03, but with the shorter pointed bullet. This allowed .30-03 chambered rifles already in service to use the new round. This caliber went on to serve for 60 years of US service and continues on today as the choice of hunters and long range competitors. The 150 grain soft point bullet by Prvi has a muzzle velocity of 2903 feet per second with 2802 foot pounds of energy. This is 500 rounds of a quality hunting product with dependable accuracy and knock down potential for virtually anything on the North American continent.
