Prvi Partizan - Full Metal Jacket - 130 Grain 38 Super Ammo - 500 Rounds
Details
In the 1920’s there was an effort to increase the pressure and performance of the 1911: the .45 ACP was effective against soft targets but had difficulty if it hit something else on the way to the target and there as an increasing need for a round that could continue on through cover to the target, especially among law enforcement. The .38 Super is an uploaded .38 Automatic Colt Pistol cartridge: it has the same dimensions and care should be taken to care to not load the Super into older .38 ACP firearms. Modern loadings go so far as to include “+P” on the headstamps to help further differentiate.
The 130 grain full metal jacket bullet by PRVI Partizan has a muzzle velocity of 1213 ft per sec with 424 ft lbs of force. This is an ideal training and target shooting round, which is appropriate because the caliber remains popular with competitive shooters today.
When it comes to less common calibers, PRVI/Partizan has been answering the prayers of shooters for the last twenty years or more. Though the company has been making ammo for state and commercial contracts since 1928, PRVI’s presence on the American shooting market has been fairly recent but has done nothing but expand since. The company also provides its cartridges with boxer primers to provide further value to shooters of these increasingly esoteric calibers.
