Prvi Partizan - Full Metal Jacket - 110 Grain 30 Carbine Ammo - 500 Rounds
Details
Experiences in World War I – and after – encouraged most of the primary armies of the world to begin reconsidering their full-sized rifle rounds: engagement distances were frequently far less than the 1000 yard capability of standard issue arms. That and the laboriously slow realization of the inherent field benefits of fire superiority in consistent and controlled fusillades led to many experiments in different “mid-sized” calibers. The US Army’s solution, implemented in 1940, was a small carbine for non-frontline troops (though quickly adopted by officers, paratroopers and spec ops) was the M1 Carbine. This chambered the new .30 Carbine by Winchester. A revamped version of the company’s .32 self-loading cartridge with improved powder to maximize speed for better performance. The 110 grain, full metal jacketed round by PRVI has a muzzle velocity of 2001 feet per second with 978 foot pounds of energy. This 500 round case is great for keeping any surplus or commercial carbine (or any other same chambered firearm) active for target practice, training or even DCM/CMP style competitions.
Serbia’s PRVI Partizan munitions maker has grown to become a recognized source of not only economically priced target ammunition but also a consistent supplier of calibers that seen less often on shop shelves. Further, brass cases are fully reloadable. Produced to Serbian military specification – an organization seemingly always willing to not back down from a fight – PRVI ammunition has an established record going back to 1922 of doing what it was designed to do: perform.
