Magtech - Lead Round Nose - 85 Grain 32 Smith & Wesson Ammo - 50 Rounds
Details
The .32 Smith & Wesson [Short] was introduced in 1878 and was the chamber of a great many vest or personal defense guns. While possessing ballistic energy little better than the .22s of the day it was a larger diameter bullet and provided considerable deterrent and results at the time. Today, .32 S&W short firearms are no longer made, however, the cartridge is capable of being fired out of .32 S&W Long, as well as .32 H&R Magnum and .327 Federal Magnum firearms, and it makes a very good training round for the latter. Magtech’s 85 grain lead round nosed bullet has a muzzle velocity of 680 feet per second with 87 foot pounds of energy. In addition to a training and target shooting round for the larger, modern calibers, this cartridge is also designed for use in the great variety of old top breaks and derringers from the turn of the 20th century.
Magtech continues to expand its line of ammunition into different bullet types and calibers to keep less common firearms merrily relevant at the range or the back yard. As always, cases are boxer primed and fully reloadable for further value, especially in calibers that are increasingly available only as new old stock.
