This round’s 2,375 fps muzzle velocity out of a 16” barrel gives it an impressive trajectory. The 110 grain bullet needs only to rise about 10” en route to a 300 yard target, at which point it still has more than 600 ft lbs of energy to distribute.

This round features Hornady’s V-MAX projectile, which delivers a potent combo of accuracy and deadly terminal performance for varmint hunting. Its polymer tip is extremely aerodynamic, and its profile promotes stellar in-flight stability. When the V-MAX makes contact with its target, its tip jams rapidly into the hollow formed within its swaged lead core.
