This round’s jacketed hollow point bullet is Horandy’s own FlexLock. It is extraordinarily tough, with a high-antimony lead core that is securely locked (mechanically, not bonded) to its thick copper shank. That gives the FlexLock the ability to plow through barriers without shedding the weight and momentum it needs to penetrate deeply. The FlexLock additionally features a red polymer column inside its nose cavity. It keeps the hollow point free of debris, and therefore capable of initiating terminal expansion the instant it plunges into soft tissue.
