This round’s 147 grain ELD Match is one accurate little number. Between its deformation-proof Heat Shield polymer tip, its super-concentric AMP jacket, its drag-reducing boat tail and its ballistically efficient secant ogive form, the ELD Match was given everything it needs to fly flat and conserve superior downrange momentum. According to Hornady, the bullet has a 0.351 G7 BC upon exiting a 24” test barrel. By our estimate, a bullet like that could stay supersonic past an incredible 1,500 yards.
