This shell is loaded with #7.5 shot, which is beloved among target shooters for its generous range and dense pattern. Fiocchi makes their target loads’ shot pellets out of chilled lead, as it’s too tough to allow a shot pellet to deform and lose the spherical profile it needs to pattern in a tight formation.

This shell’s muzzle velocity is effective at 1,200 fps, but it’s also milder than that of many other target loads. Its one-ounce shot column is also 1/8 ounces lighter than you’re allowed to use in competition. Those features alongside Fiocchi’s cushioned wad ensure you’ll have less recoil to put up with while you’re playing your favorite game.
