Federal - Jacketed Soft Point - 100 Grain 327 Federal Magnum Ammo - 50 Rounds
Details
The .327 Federal Magnum was developed in 2007 as a joint venture between Ruger firearms and Federal ammunition. The goal was to duplicate the .357 magnum's velocity out of a compact revolver that could carry six instead of five rounds. What makes the .327 Mag interesting is that firearms chambered in this caliber can also chamber and fire the .32 S&W, the .32 S&W Long and the .32 H&R Magnum, making it one of the most versatile of firearms. Of course, another valid point to the .327 is its ballistic performance: Federal's 100 grain jacketed soft point (JSP) bullet reaches 1500 feet per second out of a revolver barrel with approximately 500 foot pounds of energy. This is a defense round merging the best of penetration and expansion in the target.
Federal ammunition has been manufacturing out of Minnesota since the 1920s and delivering premium as well as target grade cartridges. The American Eagle branding is Federal's target grade ammunition, but the .327 Fed uses a defense bullet in brass cases with boxer primers to extend further value to the shooter. 50 rounds of defense grade .327 Federal Magnum at range ammo prices.
