CCI - Lead Round Nose - 40 Grain 22 Long Rifle Ammo - 50 Rounds
Details
The most prolific round in the world since it was introduced in 1887 by Stevens Arms is the .22 long rifle rimfire: for plinking to competitions the cartridge provides a means to complete virtually every firearms application if not every target. Everyone who has ever learned to use a firearm more than likely learned with this diminutive yet plentiful caliber, and also each shooter has learned that the reliability of a long rifle round can often be associated with brand. In other words, quality is key, and Cascade Cartridge Inc. is an American company that meets that expectation. The 40 grain, lead round nosed bullet by CCI has a muzzle velocity of 1070 feet per second with 102 feet per second. This is a round meant specifically for target shooting with a reputation for delivering uncompromisingly consistent accuracy.
Cascade Cartridge Inc manufactures its products out of Idaho and was started in the 1950’s by Dick Speer, brother of Vernon Speer of Speer bullets. CCI’s rimfire line is among the most diverse on the market of performance specific ammunition. Further, they are recognized throughout the country as a premium product and is used when each shot fired means the difference between first and second place.

Fourty grain lead nose
The 40 grain is quieter , it almost sounds like a cap gun compared to the hollow points. They almost sound like a 223. I've not shot game or targets yet with lead nose. But I'm positive that they will do the job at hand when called on. Just won't be destruction like hollow points.
You can bet I'll be back I've shot quite a few just sighting in. I'm really wanting to try the high power ammo for 22 LR. Can't remember what they are called, but I did see them I guess that ammo would be compared to the full metal jacket. But for 22 LR
Thankx a million
