The 55 grain full metal jacket projectile doesn’t contain any steel, so it cannot attract a magnet. It’s seated in a brand new, noncorrosive Boxer-primed brass case. That’s a military grade brass case, so you can still see the discoloration around its neck and shoulder where it was heat-treated for better durability.
