Armscor - Full Metal Jacket - 110 Grain 30 Carbine Ammo - 1000 Rounds
Details
The .30 Caliber Carbine is among the most debated military cartridges adopted by the US military. Considered underperforming in the wintery forests of Europe in World War II, it was trusted and prized in the Pacific theatre of that same war. Not considered powerful enough in the cold mountains of Korea, ARVN troops who were issued it in Vietnam could not love it more. On the civilian market, the M1 Carbine went through numerous under license productions, keeping demand for the ammunition high. The 130 grain bullet by Armscor has a muzzle velocity of 1900 feet with 890 foot pounds of energy. It is designed with target shooting and training in mind, but is also ideal for use in military style, or Civilian Marksmanship Program rifle competitions.
In the 1950s Armscor began production of both firearms and ammunition for civilian market and export to the US. Famous for making affordable 1911 style handguns, as well as components for use by othe producers, the company has also pioneered exclusive cartridges of its own design and manufacture. Components and manufacture is done to the standards of the Philippine military with boxer primers and brass cases that are fully reloadable.
