Speer Lawman Total Metal Jacket (TMJ) 115 Grain 9mm Luger (9x19) Ammo - 1000 Rounds
Details
Despite being sometimes dismissed as a "puny" round – typically by die hard .45acp shooters – the 9x19mm round has been around for a century and shows no sign of being fully dismissed anytime in the next century. In fact, continually developing bullet technology has brought the 9 back to widespread law enforcement usage in recent years due to it striking the perfect balance between control and manageability with effective results downrange in either training or real world defensive scenarios. The 115gr fmj bullet by Speer exits the muzzle at 1200 feet per second with 368 ft lbs of energy. As such, this is a training and target shooting round, not suited terribly well for home defense, but perfect for keeping your skills honed and ready for competitions or anything else.
Speer and Hornady both began in the 1940's as makers of bullets and bullet jackets. By the mid 60's the bullets by Speer were sought after by reloaders for custom loads of hunting ammunition. Around the same time, Speer began loading their bullets into cases of their own manufacture for handguns. Thus began the Lawman line. Brass cases and fully reloadable, this 1000 round case lot is a perfect addition for the training weekend with cases left over reloading weekend following.
