Fiocchi Game and Target 2-3/4" #8 Shot 1 oz. 12 Gauge Ammo - 250 Rounds
Details
Other gauges may provide creature comforts, but nothing delivers like the 12 gauge for hunting or for defense. For dry ground hunting of doe or quail, the 12 has the best capacity for shot delivery while maintaining a recoil that is still manageable, if not fun, to shoot. But unlike regular caliber sizes, shot size work counter intuitively: the greater the number of the shot, the SMALLER the shot actually is. But that also means the greater number and finer the pellets within the shot. And 250 shotshells is a lot of shot. Especially when it is #8: approximately .9” in diameter: one ounce equals 410 pellets. That means Fiocchi’s 2.75” shell here fires over 400 pellets at approximately 1250 feet per second. This makes a fine delivery capable of bringing down the most agile of game or obliterating the clay bird, leaving no doubt over the shooter’s skill at the range.
Fiocchi was founded in 1876 and has hitched its wagon to modern primer development and production: essentially the most important invention of the modern metallic cartridge. Provided on boxer primers, Fiocchi shells can be reloaded with the appropriate presses providing additional value to bird hunters and competitive skeet shooters.
